With excellent drivability, gas mileage, and safety, it is no wonder that the Hyundai Sonata has always been competitive in an exceptionally tough class. With a new design inside and out, a great car gets even better. Here you’ll learn about the 2024 model and what to expect.
Exterior
The Hyundai Sonata has been revamped and looks quite different from previous models. The headlights and grille have a new shape, and an LED light strip stretches across the entire width of the front. The taillights have a similar light strip.
All models also have new wheel designs, and the N Line comes with 19-inch wheels, dual exhaust tips, and a rear spoiler. You will also have many new colors to pick from, such as Cream Beige, Ultimate Red Metallic, and Biophilic Blue Pearl.
Interior
The inside of the new Hyundai Sonata is even more exciting than the outside. In addition to upgraded materials, it comes with a new steering wheel.
In another welcome development, the gearshift is now on the steering column, which has freed up more center console space. There are also two 12.3-inch touchscreens, one for the infotainment system and the other for climate controls.
Power
The 2024 Hyundai Sonata comes with three powertrain options. The base model has a 191-horsepower 2.5-liter inline-four engine. The N Line trim comes with a 290-horsepower turbocharged 2.5-liter inline-four. There is also a hybrid, and it produces 192 horsepower.
