Keyes Hyundai deserves nothing less than 5 stars. If I could give more stars, I would. I was and am still amazed at the quality of service and care provided by them. The whole experience was so smooth, simple, quick, and informative. Ask for Richard Chan. He helped me with my purchase step by step. He was so great - I almost felt like I was his only customer and his top priority. Obviously, he has other customers, but he really made me feel like a valued customer. Not only was Richard helpful, the entire staff there really get involved and help each other out. Brian Kim ran through all the specs of the car - he even opened the hood and showed me what everything was. Chris Park was my finance guy and he really knew what he was doing. He went through the paperwork so quickly and it was absolutely painless. No one at Keyes made me feel pressured. They made me feel at home on each visit. ----I got the Hyundai Tucson Limited - black on black - fully loaded. Its so beautiful and the ride is absolutely perfect!----To give you an idea of my shopping experience: I started my car shopping at a Hyundai dealership in LA -101 Vermont- since I live in LA. It was absolutely horrible. I kept getting passed from one sales guy to another. I felt like a piece of paper. When I told them what I wanted, these were some things said to me: -quot-No one has what you-re looking for.-quot- -quot-Do you have to get that color?-quot- -quot-Can you wait a month or more for your car?-quot- It was just endless negativity. ----I decided to venture out and I was contacted by a few other Hyundai dealerships. Everyone of them were just like 101 Vermont - they told me the car -color, type, option- I was looking for didn-t exist and that not one dealer in California had it. They didn-t offer to find my car - they just kept pressuring me to get one from their lot. But I was set on what I wanted. ----Richard from Keyes contacted me immediately after I sent my request to the Hyundai dealers. Unlike the others, he was so positive! He told me that no dealership in California had what I was looking for, but that he would see what he could find. He called me back 10 minutes later and said he found my car. He went above and beyond and found my car. He said it would take 7-10 days for it to actually arrive, but that he would keep me posted frequently.----I asked Richard to call me, text me, e-mail me. He did exactly what I wanted. He never forgot about me and my needs. For the record, the other dealerships never called me with updates on where they could potentially find my car. Not one of them tried - not even close.----I highly recommend Keyes Hyundai and give my utmost thanks to Richard.----Oh and go buy a Hyundai! Its sooooo nice! ----~ Carol Lee

Mr Jae Park,----I recently bought my Santa Fe from Keith Franklin. We discussed price thru emails and he agreed to my number. It was well below what this model averages nationally -I did alot of research-. ----Keith took my finance over the internet and responded I qualified for the low national offers Hyundai advertised. I came into test drive it and Keith was not there so Jack let me drive the Santa Fe. I told him I was working with Keith. After I drove it, I told him I had to think about it. Jack helped me get a quote for my 2009 Tucson. Jack was phenomenal! He gave no pressure on me to buy now, and that was wonderful.----After I took delivery of the Santa Fe, I noticed the power locks were not working correctly. I brought it in and Keith Wells put me in a rental car, at your expense, and fixed the problem.....with no hassle.----Keith, Jack and Chris did a great job. Keep up the low pressure hassle free approach....it sells cars.----PS I bought a 2009 Tucson from you when you first got here from Arizona. On Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009, at about 2:00pm, I emailed specs and a target price on a new 09' Hyundai Accent which I wanted to purchase through your internet divison.
